1. What you may list
RePace is for pre-owned running, trail, walking and athletic footwear in approved marketplace categories. A listing must be for an actual item you own, possess and are entitled to sell.
Do not list unrelated goods, services or requests for money. See the Prohibited Items Policy for items that are not allowed.
2. Make listings accurate and complete
Use a clear, accurate title and price. Choose the correct brand, size system and size, category, condition and meet-up location. Describe the item honestly and update the listing if something changes.
Disclose material issues, including damage, repairs, odour, heavy wear, worn soles, missing insoles, missing box or accessories, alterations and any other condition detail that may affect a buyer’s decision.
3. Show the actual item
Upload clear photographs of the footwear you are actually selling. Images should fairly show the pair and any notable wear or defects. Do not use stock images, catalogue images or edited photographs in a way that makes another item appear to be the one for sale.
4. Keep listings genuine
Do not create duplicate listings, listings for unavailable items, misleading listings or listings designed only to collect enquiries. Do not use keyword spam, misleading brands, false scarcity or inaccurate prices to attract attention.
5. Communicate with respect
Keep messages relevant to the listing and transaction. Be respectful, do not harass, discriminate, threaten, pressure or abuse another user, and do not repeatedly contact someone who has declined or stopped responding.
Do not manipulate reviews, offers, favourites, messages or other platform features. Reviews should reflect a genuine interaction and be fair, relevant and truthful.
6. Arrange transactions safely
Meet in a public place where possible. Inspect the footwear before paying and be careful about advance-payment requests. Buyers and sellers arrange any payment, collection or delivery directly and are responsible for their own choices.
If something feels suspicious, pause the arrangement. Use the report controls on a listing or in a conversation, block the user where appropriate, and contact hello@repace.co with useful details.
7. Enforcement
RePace may issue a warning, remove a listing, restrict a feature, suspend an account or take other reasonable action where these rules are breached or where needed to protect users and the marketplace. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to account termination.
