Be honest about the pair
List the actual pair you have, use current photos and be upfront about its condition. A clear note about worn soles, odour, repairs or missing parts saves everyone time and builds trust.
Treat people with respect
Ask questions, negotiate and decline offers politely. Do not bully, discriminate, threaten, pressure or shame another user. If a conversation is not working, step away or use the block and report tools rather than escalating it.
Protect personal information
Keep messages relevant and share only what you need to arrange a transaction. Avoid posting personal contact details, passwords, financial information or another person’s information publicly.
Meet safely
Choose a public location where possible. Take time to inspect the footwear before paying, and be cautious about requests for advance payment. RePace does not handle payments or deliveries between users, so your judgement matters.
Speak up when something feels wrong
Report suspicious listings or behaviour using the report controls available in a listing or conversation. You can also contact hello@repace.co. Good-faith reports help us keep RePace useful for everyone.
Help keep RePace welcoming
Whether you are buying, selling or both, make the next runner’s experience easier: communicate clearly, show up as agreed, and leave honest reviews after genuine interactions. Small acts of care make a better running community.
